Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By accessing or using My App Score (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
My App Score is a free Chrome extension and website that helps Australian renters analyse and improve their rental applications. The Service provides an indicative score based on information visible in supported rental application platforms including 2Apply, Domain, Snug, and realestate.com.au.
2. Not professional advice
The scores and recommendations provided by My App Score are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tenancy advice. My App Score makes no guarantee that a higher score will result in a successful rental application. Property managers and landlords make their own assessment decisions independently.
3. Accuracy
While we work hard to keep our scoring framework accurate and up to date with Queensland tenancy legislation and Form 22 requirements, we cannot guarantee that all recommendations reflect the requirements of every individual property manager or platform at all times.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit fraudulent or misleading information in rental applications
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the scoring algorithm
- Use the Service in any way that violates Australian law
5. Intellectual property

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, My App Score is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including unsuccessful rental applications.
